   • processing your order and performing the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Data Manager; personal information is required to successfully process the order (name and address, contact). The provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and fulfillment of the contract, without the provision of personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or fulfill it by the Data Manager.

3. There is automatic individual decision making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. You have given your explicit consent to such processing.

IV. PERIOD OF DATA STORAGE

1. The Data Manager keeps personal data:

   • for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Data Manager and the claims arising from these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).

   • until the consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked, at the longest for 15 years, if the personal data is processed by consent.

2. After the retention period of the personal data passes, the Data Manager will delete the personal data.

VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. By submitting an order from the online order form, you acknowledge that you are aware of the privacy policy and that you accept it in its entirety.

Taxes and Duties Outside of European Union
GangstaGroup.com hip hop shop is sending out packages from European Union. For all countries that are located outside of European Union shipping zones, can happen that you need to pay additional taxes and duties to Customs at time of delivery. Returns

Before placing your order with us, please be advised that international returns are both expensive and time-consuming. We will accept returns from customers for up to 14 days from the date that your merchandise is delivered. Return items must be sent back new and unworn, with store tags attached. Sorry, but we cannot take back personal items such as underwear, swimwear, make-up and body jewelry. You are responsible for paying the postage and insurance on any return package mailed back to GangstaGroup.com

To send an item back to us, please enclose the GangstaGroup.com invoice that arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance as GangstaGroup.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Oversize clothing is sorted together with others into individual categories (such as T-shirts, shorts, etc.). When searching for products in oversized categories, we recommend using the SIZE filter, which is located directly above the products.

Není žádným tajemstvím, že Gangstagroup si nadělil těsně před Vánoci nový webdesign. Spíš naopak. Změna je tak velká, že je vidět na první pohled. Původní "kabát" vydržel internetovému obchodu Gangstagroup téměř 6 let. Za tu dobu se ale trendy webdesignu a funkcí posunuli o tolik dopředu, že bylo třeba na ně reagovat..

Spuštění nového designu těsně před Vánoci byl odvážný krok a nakonec se vyplatil. Odměnou nám bylo velké množství spokojených zákazníků, kteří si mohli snáze nakoupit své vánoční dárky pomocí nových funkcí, větších obrázků a přehlednějšího řazení.
